These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and its digital tools. They are not the roofing contract. When a signed proposal, contract, change order, warranty, financing agreement, or other project document conflicts with this page, the applicable signed project document controls.
Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using rhyneroofing.com, submitting a website form, using an online roofing estimate tool, or otherwise interacting with a feature that links to these terms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its digital tools.
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into these terms. When you use the site for a property owner, company, association, property-management firm, or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that party.
Our collection and handling of personal information is addressed separately in the Rhyne Roofing Privacy Policy.
Website Information Is General
We use the website to explain roofing services, common roof conditions, material categories, project processes, financing availability, service areas, and ways to contact our team. That information is general and may not match the exact conditions at your home, building, association, or managed property.
Roofing requirements can change based on measurements, slope, access, existing materials, decking, ventilation, flashings, drainage, rooftop equipment, structural conditions, permitting, code requirements, product availability, weather, and other property-specific facts. Website copy, photographs, illustrations, project examples, and educational content are not a promise that every property will require the same work, qualify for the same system, follow the same schedule, or produce the same result.
Service availability is not guaranteed in every location or for every property type. Contact us to confirm whether we can evaluate the property and the requested roofing service.
Active Leak or Immediate Safety Concern?
The website is not an emergency-response system. Keep people away from unsafe areas, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility when necessary, and call Rhyne Roofing at (407) 277-4963 for roofing assistance.
Online Estimates and Quote Tools
An online roofing estimate or QuickQuote result is a preliminary planning tool. It may rely on information you provide, third-party property data, aerial measurements, generalized assumptions, or other information that has not yet been verified at the property.
An online result is not a binding offer, invoice, contract price, insurance estimate, appraisal, or guarantee that Rhyne Roofing will perform the work for the displayed amount. A final scope and price may require an on-site inspection, field measurements, review of roof access, confirmation of materials and system details, identification of code or permit requirements, and evaluation of concealed or damaged components.
Active leaks, storm damage, commercial roofs, multiple roof systems, low-slope conditions, unusual access, structural concerns, solar equipment, and other complex conditions may require direct evaluation before meaningful pricing can be prepared.
Using the online estimate tool does not obligate you to hire Rhyne Roofing and does not obligate Rhyne Roofing to accept a project.
A Number on the Screen Is Not the Final Scope
The roof must be matched to the actual property. Measurements, existing layers, damaged decking, flashings, ventilation, drainage, permit requirements, product selection, and access can all affect the work and final price.
Inspections and Recommendations
A roofing inspection or evaluation reflects the visible and reasonably accessible conditions observed at the time of the visit. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, an inspection is generally non-destructive and does not include opening walls, removing roofing materials, performing laboratory testing, engineering analysis, environmental testing, or guaranteeing that every concealed condition has been identified.
Weather, roof height, slope, surface condition, electrical hazards, structural instability, animals, restricted access, occupied areas, or other safety concerns may limit what can be inspected. We may recommend additional access, testing, trade specialists, engineering, moisture investigation, or destructive review when the visible evidence does not establish the full cause or scope.
Conditions can change after an inspection. A recommendation is based on the information available at that time and may be revised when new damage, concealed deterioration, code requirements, measurements, or other facts become known.
Proposals, Contracts and Change Orders
Roofing work is authorized only through the written documents prepared for the project. A signed proposal or contract may identify the scope, materials, price, payment schedule, start conditions, exclusions, warranties, owner responsibilities, permit handling, dispute terms, and other project-specific requirements.
No website page, online estimate, email summary, text message, advertisement, photograph, or verbal conversation changes a signed project agreement unless the change is documented and approved in the manner required by that agreement.
A written change order or revised proposal may be required when the work reveals or is affected by:
- Concealed moisture damage, deteriorated decking, structural concerns, or hidden layers.
- Code, permit, engineering, inspection, or manufacturer requirements not included in the original scope.
- Incorrect or incomplete owner-provided information, inaccessible areas, or conditions that could not reasonably be verified beforehand.
- Owner-requested upgrades, additions, deletions, sequencing changes, or material changes.
- Material discontinuation, product unavailability, or a necessary system-compatibility change.
- Work by another contractor or trade that changes the roof, access, schedule, or approved scope.
Scheduling, Materials, Permits and Access
Proposed start dates, completion dates, delivery dates, and work durations are estimates unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise. Roofing schedules may be affected by rain, wind, heat, storms, unsafe conditions, inspections, permits, material availability, manufacturer delays, labor availability, equipment access, utility issues, association requirements, owner decisions, and events outside reasonable control.
Roofing products can vary in color, texture, granule distribution, finish, batch, profile, and appearance. Samples, photographs, displays, and digital images may not show the exact installed appearance. Product selection, substitutions, and compatibility decisions are handled under the written project documents.
Permit, engineering, inspection, notice, and association-approval responsibilities will be handled as stated in the project agreement. The owner or authorized property representative must provide lawful, reasonably safe, and timely access to the areas needed for inspection, delivery, staging, installation, cleanup, and final review.
Customer and Property Responsibilities
To help us evaluate and complete the requested work, you agree to provide accurate contact, ownership, property, access, and roof-condition information. You must disclose known leaks, prior repairs, active claims, solar equipment, rooftop equipment, restricted areas, fragile surfaces, hazardous conditions, tenant or occupant requirements, association rules, and other facts that could affect the evaluation or project.
Depending on the project and written agreement, you may be responsible for:
- Confirming that you own the property or have authority to approve the work.
- Providing access to the property, attic, electrical service, water source, gates, parking, loading areas, or other agreed locations.
- Moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, antennas, fragile items, and other property away from work or delivery areas.
- Securing pets and notifying occupants, tenants, employees, customers, neighbors, or association representatives about scheduled work.
- Reviewing selections, documents, notices, change orders, and approval requests within the time required to keep the project moving.
- Coordinating any separate trades whose work affects the roof, penetrations, mechanical equipment, solar equipment, electrical systems, or building access.
Do not enter active work, staging, or restricted areas without permission. Roofing work can involve falling materials, equipment, sharp debris, noise, vibration, dust, and temporary access restrictions.
Payments and Financing
Project prices, deposits, progress payments, final payment, accepted payment methods, fees, credits, and payment deadlines are stated in the applicable written proposal, contract, invoice, or financing documents. A website price, preliminary estimate, promotion, or general service description is not an invoice and does not change the payment terms in a signed agreement.
Rhyne Roofing offers access to customer financing through Home Run Financial and Watercrest Financial. These are independent financing providers. Financing is subject to provider approval, and the selected provider determines eligibility, rates, terms, fees, payment schedules, and program availability. Rhyne Roofing does not make the lender's credit decision and does not guarantee approval or a particular financing result.
A financing application or financing agreement is separate from the roofing contract. Review the provider's disclosures and terms before accepting financing. Unless the project documents state otherwise, the property owner remains responsible for amounts due under the roofing agreement regardless of financing approval, timing, or funding.
Insurance-Related Assistance
When requested, Rhyne Roofing may inspect visible roof conditions, photograph damage, prepare a roofing scope or estimate, meet with project participants, and provide roofing information relevant to an insurance-related project. This assistance does not guarantee that an insurer will open, approve, pay, supplement, or fully fund a claim.
The insurance carrier controls its coverage decisions, claim handling, depreciation, deductibles, exclusions, payment timing, and settlement amounts. You are responsible for understanding your policy and for paying amounts due under the roofing agreement, including deductibles, uncovered work, upgrades, change orders, and other owner obligations.
Unless separately stated in writing and permitted by law, Rhyne Roofing does not act as your insurer, attorney, engineer, or public adjuster. Questions about policy interpretation, legal rights, claim disputes, or coverage should be directed to the appropriate licensed professional.
Warranties and Roof Performance
Any workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, product warranty, maintenance requirement, registration requirement, transfer condition, exclusion, remedy, or claim procedure is governed by the written warranty documents issued for the project. Website descriptions do not create, expand, replace, or modify a warranty.
Manufacturer warranties are issued and administered by the applicable manufacturer under its own terms. Rhyne Roofing does not control a manufacturer's coverage decision, product availability, claim process, or remedy.
No roof is immune from future storms, wind, hail, falling objects, structural movement, drainage problems, third-party alterations, neglected maintenance, pest activity, or other conditions outside the installed scope. The written project and warranty documents define what is and is not covered.
Communications and User Submissions
Information submitted through a form, estimate tool, email, text message, telephone call, or uploaded file must be accurate and lawful. You represent that you have the right to provide any property address, photograph, document, claim information, contact detail, or other material you send to us.
You authorize Rhyne Roofing and the service providers supporting the website or requested project to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the property, prepare a scope or estimate, schedule service, administer the project, maintain records, and communicate about your request. Our handling of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.
Submitting a service request allows us to contact you about that request by telephone, email, or other contact method you provide. Promotional communications will be sent only as permitted by law and applicable consent. You may opt out of promotional messages, but we may still send non-promotional communications related to an inquiry, appointment, project, payment, warranty, safety issue, or legal obligation.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, full payment-card information, health records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form. Public marketing use of a customer's name, testimonial, or identifiable project imagery requires separate permission where required.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to independent services such as Duda, FormSubmit, QuickQuote, Google Maps, analytics or advertising platforms, social networks, review platforms, manufacturers, suppliers, insurance-related participants, Home Run Financial, and Watercrest Financial. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, availability, and technical requirements.
Rhyne Roofing does not control an independent provider's website, application, security, uptime, data practices, content, approval decisions, pricing, or performance. A third-party link or embedded feature does not create a warranty or endorsement beyond what we expressly state.
Use third-party services at your own discretion and review the terms and notices presented by the applicable provider.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The website's text, layout, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, service descriptions, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Rhyne Roofing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use related to evaluating Rhyne Roofing's services.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy, republish, sell, license, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit substantial website content.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, overload, or systematically extract site content or visitor information.
- Reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or interfere with website security, forms, estimate tools, tracking controls, or access restrictions.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, fraudulent submissions, impersonation, false property information, or unlawful material.
- Use Rhyne Roofing's name, logo, photographs, reviews, or project materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, authorization, or project involvement.
We may restrict or block access, disregard submissions, or pursue available remedies when the site is used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that threatens the website, our team, customers, service providers, or other users.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site, forms, embedded tools, third-party services, or digital content will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or suitable for a particular property or decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhyne Roofing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from website use, inability to use the site, reliance on preliminary website information, loss of submitted data, or interaction with an independent third-party service.
These website limitations do not eliminate obligations expressly accepted in a signed roofing agreement or written warranty, do not excuse gross negligence or intentional misconduct, and do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Project-specific liability, remedies, warranties, and dispute provisions are governed by the applicable signed documents.
You are responsible for losses, claims, or costs caused by your unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized misuse of the website or by material you submit without the necessary rights or authority.
Governing Law, Updates and Contact
Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. A signed project, financing, or warranty document may contain separate governing-law, venue, mediation, arbitration, or dispute provisions that control that document.
Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to the website, digital tools, services, providers, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply to later website use.
