One Company. Two Kinds of Responsibility.

The Roof Matters Because the Property Under It Does

For a homeowner, a roof problem interrupts daily life and threatens the place where family lives. For a business owner or property manager, it can affect tenants, inventory, equipment, schedules and long-term capital planning.

Rhyne Roofing works in both environments. The company evaluates visible conditions, explains practical options and builds the scope around the roof system, the property and the people who depend on it.

  • Residential and commercial roofing
  • Shingle, tile, metal and low-slope systems
  • Inspection, repair and replacement planning
  • Storm and insurance-related documentation
  • Occupied-property coordination
  • Central Florida project oversight
What Accountability Looks Like

A Roofing Standard You Can See in the Process

Company values only matter when they change how the work is evaluated, planned, communicated and completed. Rhyne Roofing turns accountability into specific project practices.

01

Diagnose Before Recommending

Start with the roof's actual condition, visible symptoms, system type and surrounding details before deciding whether repair, maintenance or replacement makes sense.

02

Define the Scope and Tradeoffs

Explain what the proposed work includes, what could change the scope and why one option may fit the property better than another.

03

Coordinate the Moving Parts

Plan materials, equipment, roof access, safety zones, operating schedules and weather exposure before those issues become project delays.

04

Stay Accountable Through Closeout

Project oversight should continue through installation, cleanup, documentation and the practical next steps the property owner needs to understand.

Knowledge Plus Teamwork Equals Success.

How We Work at Rhyne Roofing
Leadership & Teamwork

The Standard Has to Move Through the Whole Company

Todd Rhyne built the company around hard work, honesty, cooperation, integrity and commitment to the work. That standard cannot stop with the owner. It has to carry through the people who inspect, estimate, schedule, install, communicate and close out the project.

Estimators

Translate roof conditions, measurements and project needs into a scope the owner can review and compare.

Project Managers

Coordinate materials, crews, access, sequencing, communication and jobsite expectations.

Installers

Execute system-specific details, transitions, flashings and water-control components according to the approved scope.

Office Team

Keep scheduling, documentation, customer communication and project records moving behind the scenes.

Built to Keep Projects Moving

The Equipment and Supply Planning Behind the Work

We plan ahead for the issues that can slow a roofing project down - material shortages, equipment availability, roof access and incomplete documentation. With our own warehouse, specialized equipment and an organized team, we work to solve those problems before they reach your jobsite.

01

Company Warehouse

Surplus roofing supplies can be maintained to help prevent avoidable project interruptions when specific materials become difficult to source.

02

Owned Roofing Equipment

Specialized equipment, including a tile elevator, supports efficient handling and reduces dependence on last-minute rental availability.

03

Supplier and Vendor Training

Estimators, project managers, installers and office staff continue learning through roofing suppliers and vendors as systems and requirements change.

04

Insurance Documentation Tools

We use Xactimate to prepare insurance-related scopes and claim documentation when it applies to the project.

Roofing Capability

Systems and Services Matched to the Property

We work with residential and commercial roof systems. The right path depends on the roof assembly, its condition, how the property is used and the owner's long-term plan—not a one-size-fits-all material pitch.

Residential Roof Systems

Material-specific guidance for Florida homes, additions, porches and mixed-slope roof assemblies.

Residential Roofing Decisions

Condition-based inspection and scope development for leaks, aging systems, storm exposure and replacement planning.

Commercial Roofing Programs

Repair, replacement, restoration and maintenance planning for businesses, associations, multifamily properties and managed assets.

Customer Financing

Two Financing Providers to Help You Plan the Project

Roof repair or replacement is not always a planned expense. When paying the full project cost at once is not the right fit, we offer customer financing through Home Run Financial and Watercrest Financial.

Tell us during the estimate process that you want to explore financing. Once the roofing scope is clear, we can point you to the available application options so you can review approval, rates, terms and payment details before authorizing the work.

Project Experience

Experience Beyond a Single Property Type

We have completed roofing work for businesses, associations, multifamily communities and managed properties, not only single-family homes. Those projects require tighter coordination around occupants, access, scheduling and communication, and we plan the work with those demands in mind.

These names reflect projects we have worked on in the past. They do not imply a current affiliation or endorsement.

What Customers Say About Rhyne Roofing

★★★★★

We needed a full roof replacement due to Hurricane Milton in October 2024, and Rhyne Restorations did the job once the insurance claim was settled in our favor. The job Rhyne and Jason Richard's team did was exceptional. They did the job in only two days, and it was a very big and steep roof. The workers were friendly and efficient and did everything right. They left the place around the house cleaner than it was before they started. I couldn't have asked for anything more or better than what they did. I give two thumbs up for Rhyne and Jason Richars and his team. If you need roofing, get in touch with Rhyne Restoration, and if you're in Central Florida north of Orlando and south of Ocala, ask for Jason Richard. He'll take care of you and make things as painless as possible.

We were extremely pleased working with Rhyne Restoration Roofing Company on installing a new roof. Working with Jason and Melisa Rhyne throughout the process from start to finish was exceptional. They kept us informed what to expect and the time each activity would take. Every phone call and message was immediately responded to and issues answered. There are a multitude of companies to choose between, however you can put your trust in Rhyne Restoration Roofing Company.

Rhyne Restoration did a fantastic complete roof replacement job for us. Our home is a two-story house with very steep roofs. The crew was great, and they worked through the Florida heat, during July advisory heat days. They also worked through the rain. Removing the old shingle roof generates a lot of garbage and nails. They used tarps around the entire perimeter of the house, and they cleaned all the garbage, used large magnets to pick up the nails, and all was clean upon the completion of installing the new shingle roof. The new roof looks amazing! We highly recommend Rhyne Restoration for any roof repair or total roof replacement!

Absolutely great experience top to bottom. Not only did they give us a very fair price, they completed the whole roof in 1 day! The crew arrived early and finished tearing off the roof in no time. They barely stopped for lunch and before 5 pm, they were finished and there was a guy going around the whole yard with a MAGNET to collect any dropped nails. When the man installing new gutters (different company) came out, he said, that roof looks great! We think so too, but he looks at a lot of roofs, so he should know. Definitely recommend.

I recently hired Rhyne Restoration Roofing Company for a roof replacement, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous. They provided a detailed estimate, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the job on schedule. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they left my property clean and tidy. I highly recommend Rhyne Restoration for any roofing needs and would recommend you work with Lyndal! He was kind, easy to work with and extremely responsive!

Jason Richard and his wife Malisa with Rhyne Restoration did an amazing job from the beginning to the end. After the hurricane Milton in October 2024, we had significant roof damage and lost about 50 shingles. We asked for an estimate from 8 roofing companies and received a variety of recommendations ranging from 'repair' to possible replacement. Jason Richard and wife Malisa knew the building code updates for Sumter County the best and had no hesitation to meet with the field adjuster on a Saturday to assure that the complete damage (including 'lifting' shingles) was in the initial report. The entire roof replacement was completed in a timely fashion while we were out of town, and we are SUPER HAPPY with their performance. Job well done.

Rhyne Restoration replaced my shingle and flat roof. The whole experience, from start to finish, was very considerate and professional. The job was scheduled and completed in an appropriate time frame and they even removed our chimney at our request. The job was completed in one day with a second visit after inspection to install the drip edge. The quality of the workmanship and materials used is top notch. The employees, from office to workmen, are very respectful and kind. I will use them if I ever need a roofer again and I highly recommend this roofing company for all your roofing needs.
